Faulty app horrible service
They kept delaying the delivery for 2 hours when I called customer service they said that the order had been canceled about an hour before but the app hadnt updated. Yet the app kept updating the delivery time? The order only showed up as cancelled when I was on the phone with customer service but I had not refreshed the app like they had claimed I failed to do before hand. They also claimed that the order had not been charged to my bank account but my card was showing that the funds where withdrawn from the account. They claimed that this was a mistake from my bank, I highly doubt my bank decided to withdraw the money without them requesting it.
Use a different service the app is buggy as hell and customer service cant keep their story straight.
