Missing items. bad Service. Not convenient

#UberEats is an awful service. I have ordered from this app twice to receive no utensils or napkins for both orders. The first order was a sandwich thankfully, but being that I stay in a hotel for work, I did not have any way of eating my second order of curry with rice. Their resolution is to leave the restaurant a bad review and they will send me a $5 promo code for the inconvenience. I declined their offer and instead am going to leave this review of the awful service #Uber has given me. #DoNotUse #BadService #BBB
