Crappy service when they get your order wrong

Ive had this app for awhile now, and I would love to give it 5 stars but when it keeps on getting my order wrong and taking longer than an hour, Im sorry but my hungry mind takes over. You should at least give some credit when your customer keeps getting crappy service. You should be able to refund the full price that the customer paid. Its not the drivers fault but we paid for all that and didnt even get what we expected we should have at least a $5 coupon for the next time we order because when somebody is hungry and paying so much money for specifically what they want they are not happy. And Im not happy. So I am giving you a one star rating because your customer service can do so much better. Thank you.
