Been using it for a year with zero complaints

Our house is under renovation, and I didnt want to get out in this heat. Uber eats was a try and so far we like it. I just wish I would have used a coupon code for my first order. Dang! It only crashed once and lost our order in process. But for the most part it works, just wish it had more local restaurants.

Love this app one of the best in the App Store!!! Love all the ways it eases the customer, and the tracker is an awesome additive.

So today I order so Panda Express 8:01 pm and guess what the UberEATS driver drove passed me when it told me to wait outside.Never got my order and I still got charged for it now thats some Fraud.

With the number of food delivery options available, a booking fee of $5 seems un-necessary and is touch expensive for the quality of restaurants. Delivery time isnt accurate

$10 an hour for 2 trips. If you order and you are 1 block away from the restaurant stop being lazy and pick up your food. We have to drive 15 mins away to get your food and deliver it to your door for only $3. Ripped off!!

It took 3+ hours and 3 phone calls to customer service for them to tell me that the restaurant they partnered up with would not be able to "fulfill my order". I had to call to find out all this information. I tried a second time and something very similar happened. I would recommend using grubhub. They actually deliver you food in a timely manner and care about customer service.

First my main complaint is the fact that I cant add my debit card which has a visa logo. I asked for help and they copy/pasted the FAQ that I just read. Well, that doesnt help. According to Uber eats I should just use another payment method. Sure... ok I just have SO many cards at my disposal. The restaurants dont offer combos a lot of the time so you pay a la cart prices. Not good! The good thing is that theres never a shortage of promo codes to use to get FREE delivery. The drivers in my area are friendly and fast too.

Now I dont have to leave to get something to eat while I do my home work or an activity.

Please tip the drivers. Dont expect the service fee covers all expenses. We are working hard to make sure your food is delivered quickly and fresh as possible!

Received the wrong order and called customer service to see if they could do something about it. The lady that answered was very rude and hung up once we asked if we could get our money refunded. We will not be using this again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
