We use the app all the time. We dont have time to leave and get food. This makes it easy for us to order good food and have it delivered so we can keep working!!

Ive used other apps and they always "overcharge " you , also, their prices are not 100% accurate and they have a terrible customer service because if they mess with your order theres not a single phone number where you can contact them! I love Uber eats because their prices are always the same no matter the time of the day !

Constantly get incorrect orders and often cold food. The app for restaurants does not clearly communicate to restaurants to ensure users are getting the right stuff. Deleting. Memphis has better delivery options. Bye.

Ordering mcdonalds and being able to get it without ever putting on pants is the greatest feeling.

The app/service is great when it works, but incredibly frustrating when it doesnt. Today was the last straw - placed an order for me and my kids at 8:30 AM. At 9:30 AM the app says the delivery cannot be completed because no courier was available. WHAT? You made me wait an hour to tell me no one was available? I call customer support and they tell me the delivery partner wasnt available. What the heck? UberEats, you ARE the delivery partner! You need to take responsibility for when you dont do your part! The CS agent did nothing to appease the situation, but honestly im tired of the measly $5 credits for these time wasting screw ups. Thanks, we were all hungry and frustrated because of your horrible process. You should have done what was necessary to get us our food, not try to convince me it wasnt your fault. You are responsible for the couriers. Thats it for me. No more UberEats. Find someone else to disappoint.

I tried it once. They lost my meal. Uber called me and asked me to re-order the meal that they screwed up possibly costing me more in fees and certainly more time ( this was after an hour of waiting ). I made hotdogs and deleted the app. Mmmmmmmbye
