Driver did her best but gps sent her to some weird location. Was better when eats map showed me where she is so I could have helped her. Im an Uber driver who has 5000 trips logged

I ordered at 1:04, app says restaurant is preparing my food. That seems to go well if a little slow. Then the app reports a courier is on the way. Then for the next half hour I see the estimated time increase until at 1:59 I get the message my order was cancelled. I wasted so much time and now I still dont have my kid fed.

I wish it were easier to find your past orders/cart with restaurants and order again. Im already paying a delivery fee, I shouldnt have to pay more for a driver to come to a busy area. It isnt worth paying more. Its up to the driver whether they take that ride or not. Overall I like this app and uber eats but I want to try others to see if theyre a bit cheaper in fees.

What is this? I refuse to use the app if the fee for delivery or "booking fee" is nearly $7

Worst food delivery app. First time I ordered I received an email stating they could not accommodate my order. Ok whatever, second time the app kept asking me to validate my payment method. Every time I did it would ask again until finally I was locked out of my account. So I call uber eats and the lady I spoke with told me I had to email them to get my account reactivated, which of course could take upwards to a week to do. Then she gave me the email address, so I go ahead and email them and promptly get a response with "oops sorry you have emailed an address that does not except incoming emails" People dont waste your time if you want to eat today because it might take a week and then youre lucky if you still get to eat

Finally I can order McDonalds without leaving my house!!!! #Heaven Next, please add FiveGuys

Waaaay better customer service than its competitors, and that is why I will continue to use Uber Eats.

Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing! The app is easy to use and intuitive, much more so than other food delivery apps I’ve used. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. The average delivery takes around 30 minutes, and if available, instant delivery is even faster. I’ve had some orders deliver within minutes. The restaurant selection is really good, and the app does a good job of narrowing down what kind of cuisine you want. Sometimes the selection choice is actually overwhelming, I wish the app could narrow your choices even further by providing their top picks out of all restaurants. How about a feature where you can shake your phone, and a random meal gets picked? That said, I’ve discovered a lot of new restaurants in the city just from using Uber Eats. So far I’ve used Eats in San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Toronto and it’s been great every time. Customer support is also prompt to resolve any issues. I had a problem with one of my deliveries and was contacted by the support team rectifying the issue, and also received a coupon for future use. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the $20 coupon I gave you!

For ever, we only had a choice between pizza or Chinese Food. Now, the world is at my feet. After working 10 hr shift the last thing I want to do is cook or drive anywhere. Now I have great options. Love it!

Always right on time. Like that I can see when my food is coming and help the driver out if it looks theyre lost. Best made app when for a mom thats too tired to cook on a Saturday after a long work week. ?
