Simply put....BEST APP EVER! Always on time, very polite delivery and very convenient ability to contact youre driver.

This was my 2nd order this weekend. Last night was dinner. Food was very good and delivery right on time. Today is breakfast. My favorite breakfast was very good and delivery was on time. Would highly recommend this.

Works well - especially on weekend evenings.

The app is convenient and for the most part fast. You can order from restaurants that wouldnt normally deliver which is super cool . However , they charge 5 dollars for delivery which is ridiculous. This app makes ordering meals extremely expensive . So you have to decide if its worth it for you . That 5 dollar burrito you ordered will turn into 10 dollars quickly .

Make Apple Pay work with UberEATS like it does for regular Uber.

Not only did my order not come, I was still charged for it. When I call their "help" line, they just say they "cant hear" me then proceed to hang up on me

Going thru cancer treatments is not fun and in the rare occasion I have an appetite its nice to know I can get what I crave without l acing my house.

Weve been using UberEATS for a while an everything has been great. We used Grubhub before but after 2 failed deliveries we switched to UberEATS.

They offer an amazing service, but do not vet the drivers. Sometimes they will not show up with your food. Uber as a company wont do anything to right the mistake aside from a refund. Dont use it for clients/work use. Good to use if you arent starving.

If you would like to test this app please be aware that you CANT cancel an order at all. You will have to call and then it will be too late ☹️

Its convenient, however the order can cancel on you and doesnt warn you. Also you will pay up to 5$ fee for the area being busy! Pizza delivery doesnt up charge you when its busy in the area. Ridiculous! Other than that its a good app and the variety is great!

This is perfect for a busy mom! I pick up what I want and its delivered shortly after. I hope that more restaurant sign up for home delivery with Uber Eats.

Wonderful food, fast delivery.

I downloaded the app for the first time, and start ordering. I order a pita from Pita Pit, $7.49 + tax. Ok I get it, charge a fee for delivery, no big deal. Even pizza deliver does now. But charge another $8 on an $8 order?! Thats crazy. Deleted the app immediately and I wont be using it again.

Their customer service is so bad and when I requested to speak to a supervisor they didnt want to let me talk to one. When I placed an order I needed a refund on my card but for some reason the charged my sisters card when they did adjustments .. well I apologize to my sister and paid her the money because otherwise uber was going to make another mess with payments.. they then stated the order was not paid for!! I had prof of everything and couldnt resolve the issue!! They should be sued for using a card without permission!!

I use it practically daily and it is excellent! The food order was always correct and the wait time was reasonable. No complaints at all!
