Searching for restaurants is very hard. Just very frustrating to use.

I am loving this especially when we just want to be couch potatoes ?

Map doesnt update and may show random location as drivers current location. Last time it caused the driver to complain. This time it caused me to wait outside for 5 minutes and also being laughed at. Fix your sh*t up

Ive ordered dozens of times now without any major problems. The only time I had an issue was when I ordered an item that the restaurant didnt have anymore - they called me and asked me for a substitute, so it worked out fine. The delivery estimates have been on point, pretty awesome having a full meal show up within 20-30 minutes!

I just used UberEATS for the first time and feel like Ive been missing out. The food was hot, fresh and delivered right to our door. Just wish there were more food options in our area. Its bomb!

I tend to eat food late at night with friends and if we dont want to drive we get UberEats and its always on time even if its late!

They kept delaying the delivery for 2 hours when I called customer service they said that the order had been canceled about an hour before but the app hadnt updated. Yet the app kept updating the delivery time? The order only showed up as cancelled when I was on the phone with customer service but I had not refreshed the app like they had claimed I failed to do before hand. They also claimed that the order had not been charged to my bank account but my card was showing that the funds where withdrawn from the account. They claimed that this was a mistake from my bank, I highly doubt my bank decided to withdraw the money without them requesting it. Use a different service the app is buggy as hell and customer service cant keep their story straight.

The app misfires and sometimes sends in your order at one tap and there is NO WAY to add, change or cancel the order even 1 second after clicking. Idiotic

Im in the Bay Area, I work a ton of hours. Uber Eats lets me eat better than just fast food & its typically delivered within 30 minutes. Couldnt be a bigger fan. Try it out.

Might as well try it out since it probably wont cost you a thing! The app is easy to use and intuitive, much more so than other food delivery apps I’ve used. It’s amazing how quick and seamless the entire process is. The average delivery takes around 30 minutes, and if available, instant delivery is even faster. I’ve had some orders deliver within minutes. The restaurant selection is really good, and the app does a good job of narrowing down what kind of cuisine you want. Sometimes the selection choice is actually overwhelming, I wish the app could narrow your choices even further by providing their top picks out of all restaurants. How about a feature where you can shake your phone, and a random meal gets picked? That said, I’ve discovered a lot of new restaurants in the city just from using Uber Eats. So far I’ve used Eats in San Francisco, Chicago, NYC, Toronto and it’s been great every time. Customer support is also prompt to resolve any issues. I had a problem with one of my deliveries and was contacted by the support team rectifying the issue, and also received a coupon for future use. Overall you should definitely give it a try, especially with the $20 coupon I gave you!
