Ordering from Uber eats can be kinda pricey with the $5 delivery fee and the surcharges. Kinda wish there were more options, but its pretty quick and tasty!

I just made an ubereats account hoping to utilize the coupons they offer first time users but NONE of these codes work. The app will tell you the applied discount was successful but the price wont change. Do NOT continue if you see this error because they will charge you the full amount. I contacted customer service by phone, by email, and through social media. Their representatives (on the phone) are incompetent and cant help you. If you contact them thru email or social media, they will flat out ignore you. Do not bother using this app. Its worthless.

My ordered food was not delivered on time, and at the end, it was cancelled. UberEat was fast to reach me, explain and resolved this issues. They also addressed to take action and promise to deliver good service hereafter. I like to rate the service of UberEat staffs, and their professionalism to address and resolve in urgent manner. I have issues with removing my card from app, had to delete uber account but still dont know if they store my card details somewhere. It is not safe to use this app.

From all the times i have ordered through ubereats my food was either not delivered on time or not delivered at all. After the fourth time with such situation, I strongly recommend NOT to order food through ubereats.

No live support, 3 times they missed the delivery. Despite the discount codes to excuse themselves Ive never had a good experience

This review refers to Japan, though I guess its the same everywhere. The app itself is great. Very well designed and great usability. I would improve addresses management as if one uses multiple ones it might be easy to forget to update and order a delivery to the wrong place. The one star is out of sheer disappointment after the sudden introduction of a ridiculous shipping rate (380 jpy!) that turned an awesome, seriously AWESOME, application into crap. Just as an example, suddenly the price of an average lunch went up by about 40%. Ridiculous.
