Uber Eats: Food Delivery App Reviews

i love this app a lot, its so convenient and cool. but the only down side i have is that sometimes uber charges me twice, or for something i didnt even order... i dont know if its their fault, or the restaurant is messing up??? but either way i like it!

I live close to Disney & despite the traffic, everyone has delivered at a decent time. The only down side is that some menu options arent available for certain chains & local restaurants. But I dont think thats within Ubers control. Overall, its pretty good & the price of the delivery isnt bad.

The past 4 or so orders I have had have all had problems. Yes, Anytime I have had any trouble with my order they have corrected it. However with all the issues it is no longer convenient to me so I will not be using it anymore. I used to use it a couple times a week if not more. No longer. Adrienne Denver, CO USA

Earlier this month, learned of the app via the Uber app and decided to try out app while on a trip to San Diego, CA. Was considering the options they offered in the app and the average prices were twice the value of a meal along with a "booking fee" and the uber driver cost also. For a medium pepperoni pizza the cost was just shy of $40 and wouldnt be delivered for over 45 minutes. It was much cheaper and faster with a number of other delivery places, at regular price. And there was no promo for a first-time user; great first impression Uber.

The app has an awesome tracking interface that provides visibility into every step of the delivery process. Best part... It actively alerts you when the driver is approaching your location. Great job. Great app!

I love the variety of restaurants to choose from, they have everything and it always gets here so quickly, way better than any other way of ordering food!!!! Just amazing!!!

Uber Eats opens up your mouth to a selection of otherwise unavailable restaurants that do not provide a delivery service. Sometimes youd rather eat at home, this allows that. The only negative thing I can say about Uber Eats is the delivery times can be misrepresented but that is due to the pick up and drivers. This version gets 5 stars as it is stable and provides a good service.

The app didnt work from the get-go. I tried 3 times just to register & then tried at least 10 times to enter promo codes but not one worked. Gave up!

Aside from sometimes having restaurants unavailable without any reasoning, (which is frustrating), I really like this app and the way they operate. Ive used it almost every day this week and Im very happy.
