Tried ordering several times, order is either canceled or restaurant doesnt care about your order. DO NOT waste your time with this app.

Weve tried all the delivery services and Uber Eats is the fastest, cheapest and doesnt have a bs hidden recurring monthly fee like postmates and so many others

LOVE this app - might be a too user friendly! Have had no issues.

It was super convenient and food arrived hot.

Used uber eats a couple of times already and I found it to be the most reliable and with more choices of places to order at compared to other food delivery apps. My only problem with it is that it is somewhat expensive and there is no option to tip within the app. But nevertheless it is still the best food delivery app in my opinion.

So convenient and I love how it gives me the estimated time to when my food should come. I love this app

I like how this app is easy to use, but it doesnt let me get food from certain restaurants.

The added fee and slightly limited choice of restaurants is a small problem, but overall this app works great. Food to your door using the Uber network in around half an hour.

I rarely do reviews especially negative ones rather I try & work with the company to solve the issue. This app works well except when it comes to the map system they force drivers to use. The map uses latitude and longitude rather than the actual street address. This results in the Uber Eats drivers being in the vicinity of your home but unfortunately driving around while your food is getting cold. Ive ordered food many times with 70% of drivers not able to locate the house. This forces me to contact the driver or the driver to contact me in order to give them the actual street address. Its so bad drivers have told me to please text the street address after the app indicates the food has been picked up because they deal with this issue on a daily basis. Ive contacted Uber Eats support many times about this issue & at this point have given up. There isnt a thread created when you email them forcing you if you reply to their email to re-explain the entire issue to the next person who responds. Come on guys! Ive been told to uninstall and reinstall. I have & it makes no difference because thats not the issue. The issue is not giving the drivers the physical address & forcing them to use a map system that drivers themselves complain has major issues. My advise to Uber Eats is to provide the physical address to your drivers. My advise to app users is to text your physical address to the driver once the food has been picked up so your food isnt cold!
