They are timely and courteous! Food arrives "hot" Thank you for this wonderful service!!!!

There are always times I said to myself or to my fiends and family "Man I wish that place would deliver." With this app, that is made a reality. Great app, great invention. Hope they continue to improve and hope that more restaurants add this feature.

They need to get better restaurants on this app. They offer low end restaurants, who rush the food and arent any good. The food is never as good as actually picking it up. The delivers cars are absolutely filthy. Would not use again.

Ive only ordered once so far, but the food arrived quickly with no issues. I like that it tells you the status of your order in real time.

Ordered three times. Two orders went well. Third order was a disaster since the food never arrived and no notice was provided that Uber had canceled it (no reason was ever given). Customer service was a disaster too. They actually made me wait to give me a refund and didnt even seem to care that there was no communication on their part nor remorse for a failed service. Youd think theyd offer a free delivery to make up for it but not Uber. Also the menus are not full menus for restaurants. Ill stick with other services for now.

This app makes you want to order food all the time. Its easy to use and quick for when your being lazy.

Uber needs to have a section for tipping our drivers. Its 2017, half of us dont carry cash.

Cool ordering service when your too tired to go out. Only had good experience so far.

The delivery fee is WAY too high. I wanted a boba drink from a store down the street from where I was, the drink itself was $4, tax was $0.36 but the "booking fee" was $5.. so my total was like $10.. are you kidding me? Next time I wont be using this app, Ill just go myself and SAVE a lot more money. OH and I mentioned the store was down the street right? It took my driver almost an hour to get to me!

Used Uber Eats for the first time and its sooooo easy. Loved how ordering food takes place right on the app and all the charges are transparent. Yes you pay a little extra, but the convenience is worth it.
