Uber Eats makes it a breeze to order from local restaurants near you. They have a great selection and the delivery is usually very quick.

In theory this app is a great idea, but Ive had nothing but problems with this service. The delivery people often cant find my condo building or get lost and take very long to deliver my food. Sometimes when they do find my building they call my cell phone and ask me to come down to the front lobby to pick up my food. This completely defeats the purpose of a food delivery service. A pizza delivery person would never make such a request for example. One time their delivery person refused to come up to my apartment and simply left without delivering my food, then he still billed me for it!! Customer service is fairly helpful with resolving these issues, however its totally unacceptable how many times Ive had to call them to sort out a delivery or billing issue. Use this app once to get your free promo order then delete it and go back to traditional food ordering.

I waited for over an hour for my order and the app indicated that the courier was on his way but at the last minute it was cancelled with no explanation. I should have been notified earlier if my order could not be fulfilled. I contacted their support to voice my frustrations but its been 17h now and I still have not received a response. Very disappointed.

I ordered for the first and last time with this app. I made the order at 6:38pm and got my food at only 8:24pm. This service is unbelievably slow and there is a lack of respect from their patrons. I just deleted the app.

The restaurants dont seem to take your order seriously and the order takes over an hour on average. Uber itself provides great service and always redeems and pays for the food.

This app is so convenient, a little too convenient. Its beginning to burn a hole in my wallet! Just wish there was an ingredients list or dietary restriction labels for vegetarians, dairy intolerance, etc.
