Uber Eats: Food Delivery App Reviews

Its a great app. The food comes quickly, its good, not very expensive as a delivery food. The delivery is experiencing no problems. The Ubereat is very neat and well designed. Everything is clearly visible, there are many options.

Promo code did not work! It said I had already used it which is not true!

Its totally great! Ive had one time of a late delivery but things happen. Otherwise its been super easy, and the drivers have been super nice! Definitely will use again!

Looking at the reviews here and the reason for poor service is clear: Uber is discouraging tipping! Drivers are motivated by tips, and motivation and morale become zero when the driver is making about $7 per hour. This is also the reason there are so few drivers: with most delivery services tips are half of the driver income. With this service, the drivers make about half. Yeah, $7 per hour, and Uber advising everyone that tipping the driver is not necessary. Shame on you Uber and UberEats!

Havent had any issues. App is easy to use. Love tracking my order so I can go outside and meet the Uber driver instead of having the get lost in my building.

Give customers the ability to pick which promotion enabled on their account they wood like to use for their next order.

This has saved me countless times when I didnt have the time to go out. Absolutely love it and am thankful it exists! Options/choices are only get better as well. For anyone not yet having it avail in ur area, its coming Im sure. :)

Glad that Uber eats finally came to South Bay. This makes my life much easier to not leave home for food. One thing that would be nice would be to have more restaurant selection.

3 days after submitting a ticket to support for a promo code not applying, my issue still hasnt been resolved and support has been unresponsive. I have deleted both uber and ubereats because of this experience. I have also gone out of my way to discourage people from using uber.
