Always reliable and rectifies any mistake that is made.

Worst customize service and for days and counting and my order and credit card is still screwed up from over charging.

I love ordering from uberEats. Where else would we all get what we want during Game Day! 5 restaurants ordered, All orders arriving at the same time!

I have been using uber eats since day one, and I can personally attest that the growth of this app has led to a massive decline in service. The drivers have gps in their cars and cant seem to figure out how to deliver food or even present the tiniest bit of customer service. Ill come back when they replace people with robots.

Ive tried Uber eats a total of 4 times and I love it!!! My only issue is that it doesnt use my exact address. It has it for another apartment building In my complex! If that gets fixed it will be perfect!

[Can only speak for the Austin, TX experience.] The selection of restaurants is wide and varied and some of the citys best restaurants are available. Some very high end foods. Sometimes, because the drivers are new, the food takes a few more minutes to get to you but Uber Support is EXTREMELY quick in fixing your order (they gave me a free meal) mid delivery. Kind of awesome. Havent been disappointed yet. Food comes in these aluminum bags the drivers carry to keep your food hot or ice boxes for when you order ice cream. Amazing!

This app is great. I really do love it, hope it continues to add more restaurants.

$4 delivery fee (does not include tip) and frequently cancelled orders (due to unavailable drivers, I can only assume) make this app not worthwhile - despite the potential.

Got an email for $20 off if I downloaded the app. Downloaded the app, and it placed an order before it was complete and did not use the discount code. Managed to cancel the order and attempted to place correct one. Attempted to use code, and told already used. Wasted too much time already and uninstalled. If you need to use this, go on a pc/laptop instead.

This app is terrible. I got a referral and a discount code but since I didnt download the app using their stupid link it wont take the code even though I have clearly never ordered before. Guess who wont be ordering tonight? Oh yeah, customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered since there is no one to contact about issues with the app. Bad bad bad.

Im sure the service is awesome, but not offered within a close to my city.... And I dont live anywhere crazy.... Sacramento, CA. There are other, smaller apps, that already deliver in the area.... If your gonna advertise in all areas, maybe make sure your service is offered there.

Ive heard good things about Uber Eats, but I kept getting errors and it was very difficult to order food. I ended up not being able to order.

Really needs to use GPS to update location, shouldnt have to manually change it back and forth from work / home

Limited delivery options in Singapore so the service and app is a good start. Would recommend adding ability to leave reviews of restaurants since Im not familiar with some of the restaurants so would be good to get some opinions. And also see whats good.

Cant wait for more options... I would also love to see a tipping option added, I feel guilty not having cash
