2 orders, both took over 1.5. Hrs and the second order never showed up. Haha, never using again, taking app off my phone.

Have used 6-7 times. Works seamlessly. Shows you available restaurants, fully customizable menu. Will present accurate time estimate for delivery. Use it weekly now. Beats driving.

I was a regular user of the lunch time instant delivery. Really like the new app with more restaurants and ordering choices

My first time using it and the delivery is about one minute late than expected, which is totally fine. Hope I can check the order history in the ubereats instead of going to uber.

I expected a much better user experience coming from Uber. This app gets caught in a state where all you can see is Instant delivery isnt available until tomorrow. A couple of my friends gave up on it because they couldnt get to the menus. And they are app developers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! Theres no one to answer there phone. Its impossible to cancel your order. Worst experience!!!!!

Seriously ... This app is as easy as the main uber app. You find what you want and a couple of taps later you get food. Was easy and amazing food selection.

Ive ordered from Uber three times and each time they delivered in under 30 minutes. (I am in Dallas.) There is no delivery fee currently and no minimum order. This is my favorite option now for ordering lunch in the office. I had a wrap for $9 total. Other apps have $15 min orders so its expensive as I end up spending $20+. Uber probably loses money but that works for me. Also I dont understand all the people leaving 1 star reviews who havent even tried the service because its not in their area. Do you leave a bad review for a movie you havent seen because it is not in theaters near you?

Ubers FAQ says the delivery fee is a flat $4.99 and there are no other hidden service fees or costs. In my experience so far, however, the prices for almost every item they offer is higher than the restaurants regular menu. For example Pad Thai from I-Thai in DC is $11 on zomato (previously urban spoon) and $14 on Uber. This means Im paying $3 delivery fee PER ITEM plus the $4.99 delivery fee. Not cool.

Ordered our food, waited 40 minutes, the driver handed the food to someone not us within seconds of nearing our home. Was charged for the food but it was never delivered.

I signed up for your app. First of all, it didnt tell me until after I entered my private information that you dont even deliver to where I live. Then, I receive a message from my bank that my card was charged when I didnt purchase anything. You have some security issues with this app! Beware!

This is an awful app! Grubhub is so much better. No selection , and I couldnt modify my order after it was placed. They also have no inventory selection!!! Why would anyone use this?? Also no reviews or any useful data!!

This is the first review I have ever written for an app but this was such a ripoff that I had to inform others. If you give a promo code it says it will be applied at the end of checkout. For me it was not. I tried to cancel the order and it gave me an option of yes or no. I chose yes and it still did not cancel the order. This app charges you so much. Please do not download. In addition your food will probably not be hot as mine was really not. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I wish I had time to write a longer review.

Uber has done a magnificent change the way we were used to commute and this one is an other field of interest. Easy app to navigate, fantastic service, great and fresh foods and finally super affordable. I wish Uber was able to lunch this service everywhere that people could experience for themselves.

Really? I wasted my time downloading this app. Finally downloaded and ready to order. Only 3 restaurants listed. One is open but would take 30 to 45 minutes for deliver, one is closed and one will be open on Monday. Express delivery is not good till Sunday at 10AM. This is Los Angeles on a Saturday at 3PM, not in the middle of nowhere. Wow!!!! What a joke! I have more success and results with delivery.com with a call center in India hahaha
